Attorney Park has been working on US patent and Trademark prosecutions and disputes for over 10 years as of 2025. Before starting his practice in the US, he worked as a System on Chip design engineer for Digital TV for 6 years. His areas were digital video processing and bus system random verification. He also participated as an inventor in the US patent related to Direct Memory Access (US7779174).
He has worked on US patent prosecutions for approximately 600 cases in various technical fields, including communications and networks (Huawei), display panel design and process (Vision Ox), electric vehicles/battery controlling (Audi), and medical devices (Shimadzu). Attorney Park is a Washington DC bar member and a registered US patent attorney before the United State Patent and Trademark Office. He graduated from Handong International Law School and received a bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical engineering from Kyungpook National University.
